Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Graves Piano. We are grateful for your support and trust in our products and services. Purchasing a piano is important decision and we work with each customer to help them narrow down the instrument of choice - our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy it for years to come. Given the extensive process involved with selecting a piano, we are not able to return or refund piano purchases.

    Eligibility

    • All new and used acoustic pianos all sales are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
    • Sheet music and digital pianos will be considered on a case by case basis within 7 days.
    • For accessories, we offer a refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

    For Eligible Items:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
    • The item must be in the original packaging.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
    • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Exempt Goods

    The following are exempt from refunds:

    • New and Used Pianos and Organs

    • Sheet music that was not packaged
